Bright walls, fine steel and glass doors and a harmonious veined marble floor are the main stylistic elements of this modern interior. The renovated building mixes old components, such as the restored wooden staircase or the sculpture dome, with contemporary interior design. The light marble floor is accentuated by the dark contrast of the doors/furniture and the homogeneous lighting.
The light basic structure of the noble Statuario marble from Carrara is mostly crossed by striking gray veins. Depending on the block, these can range from fine cobwebs to massive brush strokes. The expressive natural stone is very popular due to its timeless character, but is one of the most demanding marbles in processing.
The large-format floor tiles were manufactured in mirror cut, so that the grain gives a unique image.
