Elegance is probably the most fitting predicate for the look of the Statuario WOW in this marble kitchen. The Italian stone presents itself as a lively design base in this project. However, the solid natural material ties in the other style elements with its pale contrast and light appearance.
The white marble was made in custom large formats and in a textured cut. Thus, the veining runs virtually through all room elements of the marble kitchen and creates elegant mirror rhombuses on the wall cladding, or from the floor covering to the cooking island. The block, which was specially selected for this order in Italy, was photorealistically presented to the customer in various veinings before the project was implemented and processed accordingly according to the customer’s wishes.
The haute couture claim of this marble kitchen is underlined by the many, partly inconspicuous, elements. Whether it is the use of bronze on the cabinet doors and on the faucet or the minimally inserted drainer in the countertop, all these details make the dream kitchen a real one-of-a-kind.
The noble variety from the Carrara family is quarried in the quarries of the Apuan Alps and consists mainly of lime and graphite. The very fragile marble was processed in large format slabs (2.5 x 1.3 meters), so that only the most necessary joints.
