In this unique bathroom project, we provided the customer with the complete bathroom builder package: conceptualization of the room design, composition of the sanitary equipment, material selection. Photorealistic rendering, digital measurement and production plan for all trades, cutting and installation.
The Iranian limestone Limestone Persiano / Gohare and the Turkish marble Silver Roots / Mystic Grey were used.
The harmonious combination of the two natural stones culminates with the walnut elements in a timeless color design with feel-good factor.
The grey-brown marble was manufactured in customized large formats and in a structural cut. The block, which was specially selected for this order in Italy, was photorealistically presented to the customer in various veinings before the project was implemented and processed accordingly according to the customer’s wishes.
The walnut trellis beams serve as a minimal privacy screen and also give the room a separating structure or greater sense of space.
Two shower niches were integrated into the Silver Roots shower wall paneling and captivate with a continuous veining pattern.
Wall panels and flooring are cut to size in large formats so that the few joints always relate to room objects.
In addition to large-format floor tiles on an electric floor heating system, a shower platform based on a Baqua channel was used. Thanks to the Baqua system, a perimeter shower channel with a high sealing standard can be realized. The innovative channel system was made to measure and according to the requirements of the bathroom design. For example, the glass panels stand directly in a specially milled rebate on the channel.
All drains were clad with discreet revisible elements.
The washbasin was made in a solid look entirely according to the customer’s wishes. Next to the two separate washbasins, a discreet socket was integrated on the side. The supporting wall cabinet with recessed Led light offers enough space for all sanitary items and towels, so that no additional furniture unnecessarily fills the room. The walnut wood nestles seamlessly into the overall concept with its striking veins.
All bathroom fixtures are from GESSI and come from the Rilievo line. The champagne-colored Finox surface blends seamlessly into the overall picture.
The greatest difficulty in the planning was the existing roof slopes on 2 sides. The existing dormer also significantly restricted the position of the shower. After several digitally developed room concepts quickly crystallized existing project that transforms the actually quite squat room into an open feel-good bathroom. The natural stone bathroom offers generous space with the spacious shower and the two-person bathtub positioned in the sloping roof.
To support the imagination of how the planned bathroom will look, a 3D rendering was made in advance based on the pre-selected marble block. This allowed the customer to get a feel for the finished space and, along the way, realistically demonstrate several veining suggestions.
